Delete your VEYIAN account
VEYIAN is software that sports clubs use. Here you can ask to delete your VEYIAN account, or a player’s information, without the app.

What can be deleted
- A parent’s account: your login and your details as a parent.
- A child’s data: the player’s record at the club, asked for by a parent.
- A player’s own account and data: asked for by the player. A player aged 14 to 17 needs a parent’s OK, which the parent gives in the app.
30 days to change your mind
Nothing is deleted straight away. A request becomes final 30 days later, and you can undo it until then. We email you the date and how to undo it.
What a club may keep
Some records stay with the club after a deletion, without the player’s details where the law allows:
- deletion record
- activity log
- payment records
- safeguarding requests
- attendance (deleted)
- game statistics
Sign in to ask
Sign in with your email and password, or ask for a code by email. Use the email address your club invited.
Other ways
- In the VEYIAN app: Settings, then Delete account.
