Terms of use
These terms cover using the VEYIAN website and app. Your club’s own rules about training, fees and behaviour are separate and come from the club.
Who the agreement is with
The software is provided by VEYIAN. Your place at the academy is an agreement with your club, not with VEYIAN. If a club stops using VEYIAN, your relationship with the club is unaffected.
Accounts
- An account is created by a club invitation or through a club’s join link. There is no open sign-up.
- A player under 13 does not hold an account. A parent or guardian holds it and the child uses the app on it. Between 13 and 15 it is the club’s decision, within what the law allows. From 16 a player may hold their own.
- An adult who accepts these terms for a child confirms they are that child’s parent or guardian.
- Keep your sign-in to yourself. Tell the club if someone else has reached it.
- You can request account deletion through your club or by writing to support@veyian.com from your account email. In-app self-service deletion is not yet available.
What VEYIAN is, and is not
VEYIAN is a training and development tool. It records what people enter and shows it back arranged usefully.
It is not medical software. It does not diagnose, treat, or advise on an injury, and it never predicts one. Where a qualified professional has written a restriction, the app shows their words unchanged — it does not generate them. Anything about health is for a qualified professional, not for an app.
Sport carries risk
Football involves physical risk. Training and matches are run by your club, and the club is responsible for how they are run, for supervision, and for its own safety decisions. Nothing shown in VEYIAN replaces the judgement of the coach, physiotherapist or doctor in the room, and a suggestion in the app is never an instruction to a child.
Using it properly
- Enter information that is true, particularly a date of birth and an emergency contact.
- Do not use another person’s account, or try to reach records that are not yours.
- Do not upload anything about another family’s child.
- Messages to the office go to club staff. Be civil.

Bus arrival estimates
Where enabled, arrival estimates use Google Maps. Use of that feature is subject to the Google Maps Additional Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. Estimates can change and are not confirmation of arrival or boarding.
Availability, and the limits of our responsibility
We work to keep VEYIAN available and correct, and we cannot promise it will never be unavailable or never contain a mistake. To the extent the law allows, VEYIAN is not liable for indirect loss, and nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes
If these terms change in a way that matters, you will be asked to read and accept them again. The version is shown at the top of this page and recorded when you accept.
